We all know that jobs in Dubai are literally tax free and by this it means that whatever salary you have in your contract if you work in Dubai, you will receive that salary in full without any other deductions.
This is because the labor code and labor laws in Dubai says this is so and no complying to this law will mean penalties of different levels. A cancellation of business permit could be one and it might even incurr the employer penalties in the form of cash if this happens.
If you are a worker on the hand who is either already working in Dubai or is about to get a job there, you must realize this fact first so whatever happens, you know what side you are in.
